It was fun teaching this week!

This slide was the cause of much discussion in class this week. I had long discussions with architects and planners over this at the Formation continue en aménagement du territoire, and also with our 1st semester Master students at the Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning who arrived this month.

I argue that it is market-led, integrative planning, in suburban Luxembourg.  Is it the best that can be done?
