While at home, many people in Luxembourg are still hesitant in accepting and taking ownership of the new space of Belval (more to come of this topic later), abroad it is attracting more and more attention.
Back in 2015, colleagues from the Centre d’Etudes Politiques Economiques et Sociales (CEPESS), in Belgium, organized a colloqium on the topic of new urban places and neighbourhoods. The French language call can be viewed here: “Bâtir des villes nouvelles”
